Front Desk Associate

Performance Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine is seeking a part-time or full-time Front Desk Associate to join us.

    Our office hours are generally during regular business hours Monday through Thursday, and on Fridays we close at 2:30pm.
    Responsibilities and Duties
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting patients
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Scheduling
  • Communicating with patients in person and by phone
  • Collecting payments
  • Insurance verification and MRI authorizations
  • Using a web-based EHR system
    Qualifications and Skills
  • HS diploma required – we will fully train the right candidate
  • PRIOR MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Physical Therapist

Excellent opportunity to help expand Physical Therapy services in a well-established Orthopaedic Surgery private practice in Cary, NC.

Performance Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine is a high quality, high satisfaction, patient-centric specialty practice that is seeking a physical therapist for a part time position of 15-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to be full time later.

The practice scope includes Sports Medicine and General Orthopedics with a focus on shoulder and knee injuries in a highly motivated and educated patient population. We are very passionate about our emphasis on quality of care, evidence-based practice, and outcomes while maintaining a warm and enjoyable work environment.

We are looking for a professional, autonomous individual who is an innovator and a team player willing to work with a lead physical therapist for cohesive treatment of the practice’s patient population. The therapist is expected to perform evaluations, re-evaluations and daily visits, as well as maintain up to date EMR-based documentation. The therapist should have interest and experience in post-surgical shoulder and knee rehabilitation, as well as experience in using functional testing and outcome measures to track patient progress and satisfaction with progression through therapy.

Salary plus bonus pay structure is commensurate with training and experience.
