Physical Therapist - Orthopaedic/Sports Medicine Practice Integration

**THIS IS A CLINIC LEAD/DIRECTOR POSITION. MIN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PT IS REQUIRED. MUST HAVE ACTIVE NC PT LICENSE.**

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Physical Therapy clinic
  • Mentor and train Physical Therapy staff
  • Ensure compliance with billing and documentation standards

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about evidence-based, functional rehabilitation

  • Comfortable in both clinical and performance-based rehab environments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
  • Active Physical Therapy License in North Carolina (Required)
  • Strong communication and collaborative mindset
  • Interest in orthopedic post-op, return-to-sport, and preventative care

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Flexible start/end times based on caseload and patient need

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
