Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Physical Therapy clinic
- Mentor and train Physical Therapy staff
- Ensure compliance with billing and documentation standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Active Physical Therapy License in North Carolina (Required)
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Interest in orthopedic post-op, return-to-sport, and preventative care
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible start/end times based on caseload and patient need
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
